A Docucare Technician is responsible for the maintenance of printers and multi-function devices at customer sites.

• This includes:

• Service triage

• Supply management

• Meter readings

• Paper replenishment

This job is customer facing, so we need someone who has a friendly attitude and enjoys helping people. They should also have good communication skills and technical aptitude. There will be on-site training for specific duties.

Hours would be mornings from 7:30 to 11:30 AM on Monday-Friday. If M-F doesn't work, 2-4 days a week is also an option.
