Service - We do our best to get your issues resolved as quickly as possible. About 90% of our help is given in-house from our 2 local locations. For services that cannot be done in house, we do as much as we can for you behind the scenes to make your life easier and save you time. Our support will not end after the sale.


Our Team - We have a small staff, but they are more dedicated than most and do whatever they can to give our customers the best experience possible.

Hard Drive Central began in order to meet the need for computer solutions for the digital customers of The Office Advantage. Hard Drive Central is a full-service computer store that offers computer sales, service and support to Mitchell, South Dakota and the surrounding area. Hard Drive Central is locally owned and operated and offers personal, one-on-one service. It's the special attention each customer receives that sets Hard Drive Central apart from the competition.

The Office Advantage was formed to serve the information output needs of Central South Dakota with Xerox sales and service with the move toward digital devices. The Office Advantage continues to offer many solutions for digital reproduction and output.

As times change, so do business names. We re-branded to Office Advantage in 2020. For over 25 years we have been known as Hard Drive Outlet Family of Companies. For a variety of reasons, we had different names for all of our business channels that included Hard Drive Central, The Office Advantage, PrintSmart Solutions, and Secure Data. All of these channels provided a variety of services under Hard Drive Outlet, but it was a little confusing for our clients and it was difficult for us to stay focused with so many logos. To simplify, we decided to put all our services under 1 name that reflects to our customers and ourselves exactly what we can provide for their office - an advantage.
