Managed Network Services (MNS) providers commonly differentiate pricing and service levels outside of standard business hours to reflect increased staffing costs, emergency response requirements, and SLA commitments.

Support Tiers
- Standard Support: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- After-Hours: Weekdays, 5pm–8am
- Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
- Holiday: Company-recognized holidays

Rates
- Standard: $195.00/hour
- After-Hours: $295/hour
- Weekend: $395/hour
- Holiday: $595/hour

Minimum incident charges - After Hours
- Minimum incident charges $300

Minimum incident charges - Weekend (Sat. - Sun.)
- Minimum incident charges $600

Minimum incident charges (Holidays defined by Office Advantage)
- Minimum incident charges $800
